Account Manager

The Account Manager partners with all creative teams to set the vision for our accounts. Being able to multi-task, solve problems, manage multiple timelines, and work across functions are all parts of the job. Being an account person means being a leader regardless of level or title. As a team contributor, this person performs tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develops collaborative relationships with team members, communicates clearly, and acts proactively.

The Account Manager knows what winning looks like and knows how to rally the agency to make it a reality. This person has a passion for doing great work and will run through a brick wall to help make it happen.

Essential Function

Collaborates effectively with creative teams and clients to make sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; agency experience is a plus.

  • Effective leadership skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Borderline obsessive attention to detail.

  • Self-disciplined and highly-organized.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong client-service orientation.

  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.
