Account Manager

The Account Manager partners with all creative teams to set the vision for our accounts. Being able to multi-task, solve problems, manage multiple timelines, and work across functions are all parts of the job. Being an account person means being a leader regardless of level or title. As a team contributor, this person performs tactical tasks effectively and with minimal supervision, develops collaborative relationships with team members, communicates clearly, and acts proactively.

The Account Manager knows what winning looks like and knows how to rally the agency to make it a reality. This person has a passion for doing great work and will run through a brick wall to help make it happen.

Essential Function

Collaborates effectively with creative teams and clients to make sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; agency experience is a plus.

  • Effective leadership skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Borderline obsessive attention to detail.

  • Self-disciplined and highly-organized.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong client-service orientation.

  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.


Writer

We’re looking for an experienced writer with the ability to go beyond the brief and has a penchant for great storytelling. Your ideas and strategies will be tested by fire. You need to be brave enough to stand the many trials coming your way but still soft enough to love the many facets of the industry.

We’d like to know that you can

  • Write for any medium, whether it’s long-form, short-form, social, or video scripts.

  • Seamlessly take on the brand voice and know it inside-out.

  • Take pride in reconciling copy to ensure an outstanding user experience and clear/concise story.

  • Deliver on-strategy and on-brand messages and interactions.

The right candidate should also have

  • Roll-with-the punches attitude.

  • A love for the Oxford comma.

  • Voracious appetite for prose, but know when to keep it short and sweet.
